Scope
This applies to diggestflow.com and nothing beyond it. Checkout runs on a page operated by our authorised retail partner, under their policy — that page states as much before you enter anything.

What arrives, and from where

Card numbers are deliberately absent from that table. They go to the retail partner's encrypted checkout and never pass through this site.
Uses
- Answering support messages and handling refunds under the 180-day guarantee.
- Keeping the site available and investigating scraping, abuse or fraud.
- Seeing which pages get read, in aggregate only, so weak ones get rewritten.
- Satisfying record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
What does not happen
- No sale, rental or trade of your details — to advertisers, brokers or anyone else.
- No marketing list because you asked a support question.
- No advertising profile built from your behaviour here.
Cookies
A small number are necessary for pages to render. The rest count visits without attempting to identify you. Blocking or clearing both takes two clicks in any current browser, and this site keeps working if you do.
Processors
Our web host, our email provider, and the retail partner taking payment and shipping orders. Each may use what it sees only to deliver that service to us. Anything further happens only where a law or valid legal process compels it.
Retention
Support threads: up to 24 months. Server logs: considerably shorter, for security. Then deletion.
What you can ask for
Depending on where you live: a copy, a correction, an erasure, or an objection to a particular use. Email support@diggestflow.com; we reply within 30 days. Identity verification may come first, which exists to stop somebody else obtaining your data.
Age
DigestFlow is intended for adults over 18 only. This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly hold their information. Tell us if you believe otherwise.
Revisions
Any change updates the date under the title. Material changes are flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
